Syarikat Perabut Ini Bakal Disenaraikan di Pasaran ACE
Untuk makluman semua pembaca saham IPO Rhone Ma Holdings Berhad (RMHB) yang disahkan oleh BIMB Securities sebelum ini dari status ‘Shariah Compliant’ pada 23 September 2016 bertukar kepada status ‘Shariah Non-Compliant’.
Rhone Ma Holdings Berhad akan disenaraikan pada 19 Disember 2016 di Papan Utama pasaran saham Bursa Malaysia dengan harga tawaran RM0.75 seunit.

“We have conducted the screening analysis based on new information from the Prospectus of the initial public offer (IPO) of Rhone Ma Holdings Berhad (RMHB) in accordance with the Shariah screening methodology and processes by Shariah Advisory Committee of Securities Commission (SACSC) which were adopted and approved by the Shariah Advisory Committee (SAC) of BIMB Securities Sdn Bhd to determine its Shariah-compliant status.
Our Designated Shariah Officer, Ir. Dr. Muhamad Fuad Abdullah has confirmed that the interim Shariah status for securities of RMHB are Shariah Non-Compliant.
Kindly be advised that the final and conclusive Shariah status of RMHB shall be confirmed by the List of Shariah-Compliant Securities issued by SACSC which is updated twice in a year i.e. in May and November.”
